We didn’t write most of this, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Every build in the guide runs on free, open-source software maintained by real communities — here is each piece, what it does, and the official place to get it. No wrapped installers, no “download manager,” no accounts. The guide’s chapters give the exact versions and settings files.
